Overseas Kashmiris Facilitation Cell

Following the pace of technological raise, the Chief Secretary office onset an online complaint system for prompt submission of grievances by overseas Kashmiris which will work under “Overseas Kashmiris Facilitation Cell”, Islamabad. Core objective behind the conception of the same intends to provide online assistance to Kashmiris living abroad. To facilitate the time differences and ensure an easy access to the AJ&K government, cell will be serviceable round the clock. Whole design/procedure to register an application is user friendly even for computer illiterate persons. The application received through the system will be forwarded to concerned department at same time so as to overcome the governmental procedural delays.
